Our Mission
To turn a stand into a finished home for Zimbabweans at home and abroad, handling the hard work and keeping the client informed at every stage.
About Us
Building partners you can trust
Everyone has heard the story of the build that stalled, the money that went missing and the owner who could never get a straight answer. Champs Construction exists to be the opposite of that.

About Champs Construction
Your stand. Your home. Our hard work.
Champs Construction is a Harare-based residential construction company founded by Mr. Regai. We help Zimbabweans at home and abroad turn a stand into a finished home — handling planning, materials, construction and handover, while keeping the client informed at every stage.
Building from abroad is hard when you can't see the site. That is why every Champs client deals with one named point of contact from quotation to handover, and one accountable team from the first consultation to the day the keys are handed over.
Building Partners You Can Trust.
Our Promise
From site clearance until we hand you the keys, with one accountable team and every stage signed off before the next begins.
How We Work
Professional, transparent and accountable: quality control at every stage and the client engaged throughout the project.

Why Champs
Building from abroad, without the stress
We know the stories. That is why every Champs build runs on one accountable team and work you can come and inspect for yourself.
The usual way
Building from abroad usually means:
- Money sent
- No updates
- Relatives “managing”
- Work stalls
The Champs way
With Champs:
- One accountable team
- Materials handled
- Transparent progress
- Fixed written quotations
- Keys on handover
Professional
One accountable team runs your build from the first site visit to the day you get the keys. No middlemen, no guesswork.
Transparent
You see what has been done and what comes next. Clear quotations, agreed stages and honest answers to every question.
Clear Communication
One point of contact from quotation to handover, and a straight answer whenever you ask where the build has reached.
Quality Control At Every Stage
Foundations, walls, roof and finishes are checked before the next stage starts, so problems are caught early, not after you move in.
Client Engagement Throughout
You stay part of every decision. Video calls, WhatsApp and photos keep you involved, from plans and materials to the final finishes.
Full Turnkey Service
We supply the materials, do all the construction work and hand over a finished home: from materials supply to keys in your hands.
